Eh, it seems a bit powerful regardless. I'd drop the +3 def to +2 but that's just me. It's the GM's choice in the end though.

Hell I would drop the EVA as well considering +2 DEF is it own bonus in the table.

@Sirus: Nerf the PS; I will be OK with 'def-only'. You also forgot to allocate 4 starting Stat points.
