No need, Charlotte is guaranteed a hit that kills him already. Also you don't actually need to use the item, might as well give it Ami so she can heal herself.

It's also a lot heavier, if the video games are any indication. For relatively low-levels like ourselves, that can kill any chances of double attacks or evading.

So, keep it away from the thief and the mymridon, in essence. They rely pretty heavily upon evading/speed.
