Alright, here we are.

Charlotte: Iron Bow. I no longer need it because the steel longbow has taken its place for the most part.
Ami: Iron Club. It has a lower Hit than the Iron Axe and is mostly redundant. The only advantage is one more point of AS. NOTE TO HASPEN: You calc'd Ami's AS wrong there, it should be 5 with C-level hack proficiency, not 4.
Derick: Iron Sword. There's really no reason to use another low-level sword until his Shamsir breaks.
Olison: Iron Lance. Out of all Olison's weapons, it's the only one he doesn't have C profiency with. It has a very slightly higher Hit and Mt than the Javelin, but I think it's redundant and the money could be pooled for even better use.
Christopher: Pure Water. Maybe someone will take that last drop.
Tantallos: If he doesn't want the Nosferatu, sell it. He could easily score a pretty penny for that kind of book.
Valor/Ami: Rescue, though only if you really want to. I doubt we'll see another one any time soon, but healing is most important.

As someone with pure shite for Def and Res, I think I might hold on to that Pure Water. It was pretty damn useful against Morko; if I hadn't had it, he probably would have downed Chris instead of getting critted to death.

IIRC, you would be left with 2HP if not Pure Water. If you didn't crit, you would be downed from Carrion's poison anyways.
