Consider this: Gregor and Derick have a duel with same quality weapons (Iron, for example) and in neutral conditions (no terrain, supports and so on). On whom you would bet?

Derick the Swordmaster of Doom
Gregor the Tanky Stab-Sentinel

Salvatore is determined to try.

Salvatore is a good man.

He's probably one of the more "Lawful Good" characters in the group, despite his tirade.

Quickly followed by Gregor and Derick.

Lawful Neutral for the win paycheck.
Alexander is at least five times as LN as Valor, who I would peg as being close to LG.
Like seriously, Alexander is just all the LN.

You're only saying that because all of Valor's jobs and goals have been in line with the rest of the parties.

Seriously, that big speech Salvatore has been making? Any and all of it could apply to Valor. Really.

Well, he doesn't like wasting human life without a reason (i.e. money), so he likes to keep the people he works with alive. Mostly because if they don't, more work for him.

He'll bend certain rules in Seyena's case though, because he is totally into her.

Neutral would fit Valor, because he's done equal amounts of good and bad. He doesn't go out of his way to help others, per say, but as BMM42 said, he's not going to kick a man while he's on the ground. As for Alexander... I'd go for a Chaotic Neutral, or maybe Chaotic Good. He's a good guy at heart, trying to do good things and be loyal to his king and country, but he can fly off the handle at times.

But as for the chart, I've found a 5x5 chart that adds four new types:

Social and Rebel between Lawful and Chaotic respectively
Impure and Moral between Good and Evil respectively

I'm probably going to use that so I can actually fit all of the player characters on there, and I could add other characters like Anja, Prixima, etc with the extra room.

The reasons he flies off of the handle are purely related to country or comrades. I would definitely not peg him as chaotic- lawful characters are allowed to get angry.

I'm with Powder here, Alexander is definitely lawful, whether he be lawful neutral or lawful good. His unswerving devotion to King and Country is a pretty solid indicator.

Hence why he is generally non-responsive right now;
Menelea kicked him out and hates him, and on top of that he's now working for the Berebians, main enemy of the Meneleans, (and those who killed Sir Arotos, dude who squired him, which swerved him from neutral good to (imo) LN.)
he's gonna need another therapy session with Olison.
He's had LG moments, and also LN moments, so really he could be either... but his continuing hatred towards the Berebians despite them being in the right and on his side points more towards him being LN.

Gregor's actually been sliding away from Lawful Good as bad things keep happening. He's fought and killed his countrymen to keep his friends safe and is working for a man who, in another time and place, might have been an enemy. I'm not sure where he falls on the chart now...Neutral Good maybe?

I dunno, Gregor is still fairly lawful. It's not like he's doing any of this because he wants to- He has no other choice.

Alignment isn't changed by action, it's changed by outlook, and introspection.

Spoiler: Spoiler'd because big (click to show/hide)

Any particular recommendations for which character to go where?

Gregor might not be Lawful, really, but compared to nearly every single other character, he's the most lawful.

Except for Derick, and possibly Salvatore, as I said before, they're pretty clean on the "Evil things done in name of being Evil" list.
