No one could start as trainee after like chapter 1 or something like that.

Thus the prologue people have the highest TL.

Total level.

5 Trainee levels + 20 First class levels + 20 Promoted levels = 45 levels.
Basically, up to 42 chances for stat-up :P

People after Chapter 1 were rolled from First Class instead of trainees.
