Snap Tuco's neck and burn the drugs. Find a Mexican cartel member, abduct him, and learn how to speak Spanish. Drug cartels have a looooot of money. Besides, we're vigilantes - not a criminals. Criminals rob banks, vigilantes tie them up and leave 'em for the cops. Or in this case steal their memories+money and murder them.

EDIT: ((I can't remember if Nicolette actually eats people or if that's just something we say.))

Checks notes
Well she kind of did, back at the armoury in Crohakon how else would she know the pass codes?

As for how she stole there memory's it a long story, in short she received a dose uncontrolled symbites (back in your Scotland exile)  and ended up haveing an unplanned metamorphosis later (that was a bit Kafkaesque.

Cool. Didn't even know she had her own memory-stealing powers.

-------------

"She not really going to eat me is she?" Tuco half whispers as you approach.

"Well probably not but then again, she does collects severed heads, claims it'll force them to serve her in the after life.
Bit weird i know, but its a hobby." you tell him.

With a quick twist you cleanly Snap Tuco's neck...
-------------
Tijuana, Mexico

The morning sun shines in through the drapes as you awaken.
With a groan you rise from bed and start to consider how your going to lean spanish, at least here next to the border most people speak some English.

You long for a good cup of breakfast tea as the taste of coffee fills your mouth.
Well lets focus on getting to grips with spanish, there bounded to be some one that can teach me.
-------------
The sunlight slowly fades as you enter a narrow alleyway, it's dark with shadows and covered trash.
Still this is near where you should find him, Hector, he's just one of the men that supplied Tuco from across the border.

"Now if im right he should have an office right around here, green door." you explain as you come the right door.
"Ok so your right, now lets get him, after you." Nicolette stands to the side as you punch the door.

From the first deep metallic clang, you can tell that the door is heavily reinforced, properly built to resist police battering rams.

It doesn't matter, your hydraulic muscles make you inhumanly strong, you just grab the hinge and pull tearing the long bolts from the brickwork.

You throw the lump of twisted metal in to the street as Nicolette in side.
The sound of panic echos as you walk down the white washed hallway.

Nicolette unsheaths a large Bowie, gently tosses it in a flip air before catches it in her hand.
The internal door splinters as the latch gives way and you enter the room.

Theres two men, Hector in a sweat stained vest and a larger man in friount of him holding a chair.

Nicolette move first and fast, with a powerfull slash her blade cuts deep, open his throat with a crimson spurt.
A brutal side kick caches him under the chin, ripping vertebra apart and severing the head.

Dazed by the shocking display of violence Hector barely try to resist as you manhandle him.
-------------

By the time your finished with hector you feel much more confident in your Spanish, it's a bit odd you now feel like you know what the words for things are.
Your Spanish is no ware as good as your German or French but it's much better.

The other thing you have leaned is that the gangs collect a tax in territory, taking a cut from both illegal and legal business.
And now you know where it's going to be banked.

Assuming we're not robbing innocent people, go to the place, kill gangsters (except one so we can have more Spanish), take the money, and drive back to the hideout.

Bit unsure of just what you want to do, my fault as i didn't post much info.
---------------

Back in the hotel room you consider your new options

"It's a simple really the cartel that own this part of Mexico tax's others to "work" in there area along with extorting protection money.
Every two weeks they collect there dues so that's what four or five heavys in a car.
Now they have to take the cash some where to count it up, where ever that is will be where the cartel banks its money."
you explain more of the details to Nicolette.

"Right so we can take out the ones collecting but what about there bank? That's going to be heavily guarded shouldn't get some help? Even out the numbers a little?"she asks you.

---------------
In short when do you want to rob the cartel, at there bank/ store room or the transport.
There's much more money at the cartels bank/ store room but a higher level of security.
Every one and everything under the elsewhere heading is available but not currently with you in Mexico.

Use the chameleon circuit to scout the bank. Chemical weapons may be an option but not if there's innocent civilians there.

It's not a bank bank but a place the cartel stores its money, still you've got be thinking now of there it might be.
You don't have any chemical weapons, cyborgs with big needles to stab people with yes but no actual chemical weapons.

I know, but they could be holding people prisoner there or something.
Chemical weapons shouldn't be too difficult to make, really. The Internet is very useful for finding recipes (assuming we don't know any from our time as a weapon-designer) and we have enough cash to buy whatever ingredients we need.

Use the chameleon circuit to scout the bank. Chemical weapons may be an option but not if there's innocent civilians there.
Make Chemical weapons

-------------------------
"I have an idea or two that will help equalize things..."

To make chemical weapons you need more space than your hotel room, large equipment some of which you need to modify for the job and time.

With it being highly possible that they may be civilians the area, you quickly rule out lethal agents.
Even the less lethal agents are problematic with the chaotic nature of gases chemical weapons.
Still you find a promising candidate and start work.

It takes you a week to get every thing in place, producing the first batch takes you six hours of closely monitoring the multiple gauges.

Finally it flows out in to the waiting container, a thin pale yellow liquid.

"And there it is  Dimethylheptylpyran or DMHP, Before the US stopped research in to chemical warfare, this was one of the most promising incapacitating agents.
It's a synthetic analogue of THC, so we should get the same sedative effects along with severe dizziness and muscle weakness." you explain to Nicolette as she leans over vial.

"So liquid super cannabis ?" she asks you.
"Basically yes, but it's stronger and the effects last longer, over a day or more"
-------------------
Collection day
-------------------
Your mid way thru your novel when they arrive, six men in a jet black SUV.

"Well i guess it time for my party trick, here hold my page will you." you pass Nicolette your book.

Letting your dress fall to the floor you engage the Chameleon Circuit, at once your body shimmers, becoming a hazy distorted image of the world around you.

Four of the thugs disembark and start makeing there down he street.
The remaining thugs are more interested in the radio than keeping look out, you just slowy walk up the truck and slap on the tracking device.

Returning to Nicolette you climb in the car and get ready to follow them.

And follow them you do, driveing along a twisting path along dirt roads.
Finally they come to dusty and remote ranch.

You stop the car a distance from  the ranch and move in on foot to get a better idea of what you may be facing.
From the distance you study the site thu pair of binoculars.

A squat whitewash farmhouse sits facing a dusty square, with a pair of sheet metal barns off to each side.
There's a few animals in near by pens, and a scattering of farm yard junk around.
While you cant see any one presently, the hot midday has probably driven them in to the shade.

Returning to the car, you inform Nicolette.

"Well if there sleeping, lets take them while they are." Nicolette says as she tightens a spiked bracer round her arm.
As you get ready you have a choice to make you use the gas or not.

-------------------
Yes Dimethylheptylpyran is a real thing and was researched by the US army.

Use the gas.

--------------
The gas mask feels hot and bulky as you both slowly creep forwards towards the left hand barn.
Crouching down by the rusting metal door, you gently open the door a fraction.

With a your fingers crossed you pull the ring and drop the gas grenade inside the barn.
On the count of five a faint hissing starts as the barn fills with gas.

"Nic, give it minute for the gas to work then search this barn, i'll get the other one and meet you there in five."
The mask half muffles your words making it hard to whisper.

You move quickly darting from the barn to a straw bale, to blue metal drum and finally the right hand barn.

A few moments later and a gas grenade starts hissing in side the barn.

With the barns neutralized you head back to Nicolette...

"...Some naughty boys didn't put there toys away, how nice of them.
There's a crate of the things in corner." Nicolette smiles as she hefts up the machine gun.

"Well lets go and punish them for it."
You glance over at the stack of crates and smile, you had hoped to find some weapons but this looks like you've found a major arsenal.

There's a gentle little poof as you roll a grenade inside the farmhouse.
You count to thirty, letting the gas work before you enter.

The door creaks as you step inside with your kalashnikov at the ready.
Your cybernetic eyes piece the gloom inside, eight men are sat inside, watching tv with gormless stares.

"Put your hand UP!" you shout as you stamp you're boot down on the floor boards.

One of the goon try's to make a run for it,a ripping buzz, echoes tru out the room.
A dozen bullets smash into him, shattering leg his as they carves a bloody path up his body.

"Any one else what to die?
Come on make your move!" Nicolette shout as smoke rises from the machinegun.
At gun point you quickly hand cuff the remaining thugs.
-------------

"... And that makes 1994 thousand with change, it they count this right.
Now every minus the 10 thousand each for every one shares, that 1,744,000 for what ever you've got planed."
Nicolette smiles as she sit at the head of the long table, stacked with bundles of cash.

There's a lot of cash more money that you've ever seen before, a lot more.

Buy a cheap piece of land somewhere in the country. Use the rest of the money to bring the gang over. Begin the systematic elimination of cartels, destruction of their drugs, the theft of their money, and the recruitment of the willing to become cyborgs.

-----------
Three hundred thousand dollars and a month later your standing in front of your own ranch.

Remote, with acres of land that go on beyond the eye can see, it's all most the idea base, no neighbors to disturb your privacy and ask questions about the crocodilian visage of your friends.

Efforts to recruit more followers have been successfully and you have fourteen volunteers awaiting improvement.

Improvement, that might be a problem, while the remoteness gives you space to work in, you still need to fill that space with workshops and tools.
Without them you can't improve any one or any thing.

Sitting down you consider what to build next.

((I've been on a cruise for the past ten days. I had very limited Internet and could only play one game.))

Buy some equipment and get those upgrades started. Look for a transport helicopter to buy online (just find the price) and get some information on the local cartels.
