Doubling up is inefficient, so Voice and Decoration

I'd actually prefer Voice and Instrument, but decoration seems more popular

The bonus is tied to total points in the field, so combining voice with another expression class will have the same inefficiency.

Besides, at this point the loss from doubling up is 0.15 points.
