Still, you can't really transfer magic to anything unless it's your own. You need some special power or item or something.

Gems store magic the best, and you can even store your own magic in it to use later. But you still can't store external magic inside it unless you have something special. Ascen could draw a transmutation circle and may be able to do it, but it would take a while to draw.
