((Yes, it does; this allows for wizards/psykers who can't lift a sword and swordsmen with no magic/psychic powers. It also makes a differentiation between just stabbing them with a sword and stabbing them with a magical blade formed from your, well, magic.


If I had only one stat for normal attacks/abilities then either some characters would need huge buffs or some characters would need huge nerfs.))

((Dual (Phys/Spec). Because if you shank someone with that thing while channelling said energies, you're still shanking them, but now magic is hurting them for more.

If not channelling, just Phys.))
