"I'll be working on that. I'll be her attorney, along with Dany's and my own. The boy is guilty, but from what I can tell his thievery was driven by necessity. And the altercation Miranda and Ori had gives me an excuse to get that detective to foot the bill for these damn tables.

Besides, the TSAB loves their community service sentences. It's not that bad."

"I need something to bring money in. I can work as a chef or bartender."

"Machines do most of the cooking here, but you'd make a fine bartender.  I'll need a day or two to recover from this incident and replace the furniture, so your job won't start right away, if you do get it. besides, we have to see who applies."

"That detective,  how she caused unecessary wreckage, even if it was on self defense, for one girl.. she is very tempered or the bartender is very strong. Could be both. A violent girl huh...sends me shivers."

Luke shvered, biting his coke flavoured lolipop.

"They are both very strong and very tempered.  Well, Ori isn't normally too strong, but she's a shapeshifter and uses that to fight. Did your awareness miss that detail?"

He warps a mug into his hand.
"That good enough?"

"Indeed. And from what I've observed of you, Mr. Dalo, you have enough personality to do it as well."

"Well, I didn't pay great amount of attention on the bartender. I have..other people I can afford to focus on. Right?" Luke says while blushing.

"Women sure are scary." Luke says.

Marie smirks. "Oh, you're hopeless. Miranda would say something like, 'You're stuck on that girl tighter than a mosquito on the skin'... or something."

"...Nah, not all women are. You just know a lot of scary ones."
