Make a public announcement, calling ALL citizens of Bubblaria to take up arms, and grab a mechsuit from the company that can make anything. Give everyone ONE free mechsuit, and then prepare to declare war on another city. 2 points for luck. Also discover another city to declare war on.

Hmmmmm....  Good point!  I will make an edit so that the armor only shields NPC monstrosities/horrors.
