Plot twist, Alucard is actually a fairly normal magic girl under the armor and is actually deathly afraid of people thinking she's not tough or scary so she just pretends to be Alucard.

And quite a fucked awesome one, too.

Which, due to hints back waaaay in thread one, means that the unnamed protagonist of 3 is there too, since it's been hinted they collaborate sometimes since Elizabeth finally succeeded or some shit. :P
