(We don't know. Some Underqueen was having a party when monsters started flooding out from the fortress' mines in the hundreds. One of the gods sealed the entrance so they don't come from there any more but they draw symbols in the blood of those they've killed to summon more monsters. Void levels on the monsters are nill so we suspect that a god did it, possibly Varee because the monster attack was rather random. It wasn't Yaos' fault because the Underqueen refused to take his/her advice to dig deeper and she doesn't make non-human beings.)

Cim: A number of the tougher, braver Gruen allow Cim to organize them, and they charge, devouring many monsters in their path. They still remain mostly out of the region of high monster density.

Yaos: Telialas has been given to Lette.
(Yaos: Proposal added: 21.00.3: 5 of each of the gas giants' moons should be made hospitable <3-4E>)

The psymental angel reports that Yaos worship on Slytha is more widespread but more moderate as well. There are fewer fanatics.

(They were only in the Underking's fortress. Such an organisation never took hold in the Underqueen's.)

(Presumably to slow down angel support and allow his monsters to kill more people. Assuming he created the monsters, of course.)

(Cim's teleblock doesn't really affect godly support. It was mentioned that it would be paused for godly teleports.)

(Ah. Thought it just meant that only gods could teleport into it. Seems like an unfortunate waste of Essence, then.)

I give Malik the Divine attunement. Now that he's a prophet, has an artifact that increases power, and a magical attunement that's used to create actual miracles, NOW can he finally stop a river flooding?

Tick 34: Monsters and Mysteries

Cim has organized a number of units to optimize their effectiveness. This seems to help them in their battles.

Yaos has given Telialas to Lette and divine attunement to Malik. Regrettably, it seems that the limiting factor for stopping the periodic flooding is having a puny mortal soul. Perhaps a large sacrifice of sapients could be used to make this possible...

Neron has received the following prayers:
"Would that this world were covered in ice!"
"What sort of magic does ice help the most?"
"I wish the world weren't so hot. Then I'd be able to wander south comfortably."
"By the power of Neron Frost-Scale, I create a small area of perpetual cold!"

This update's constellations are the Hammer and Phoenix.
