Underlining just makes it harder to read. Rulodos is correct. You should have 586 points, but you have used 620, so that's 34 points too much. In this round you have 306 points to spend, but you have spent 340.

You have 35 points left. You could put 30 points to get skilled observer, and you would have 5 points left that would be doubled next round.

At the same time as i want to run crying to Unraveller for help with these last two rounds, i don't wanna dump more stuff on his plate. I have most of today free,so if the next two rounds arent posted in, say,  six hours time, yell at me in PM's.

I believe they were done the 3rd of August in two parts. Unraveller is quite impressive in his ability to spout entertaining bullshit for hours and hours.
