"Except if one of our allies was right, both of them were on their way there. It's a shaky lead, and it might just be a target rather than where they're coming from, but anything's good if it means we find out where these Zoanthropes are coming from, or why they're attacking in the first place.

Ragnar just stares at the new girl. And then quickly turns away. He wondered if it'd be rude to go buy a drink while he didn't have input to offer. He was getting thirsty.

Kiyo nods in full agreement with Maki. "Yes. Something has changed which made the hospital a target. Even if the enemy is simply changing their tactics it is important to investigate every lead we have, no matter how thin. It could easily be the way we discover where they are coming from and how to stop them once and for all."

Ai raised a hand, thumb against her nose, and nodded to Maki in a rather old-fashioned gesture of greeting and acknowledgement. "It could stand to be investigated, certainly." the smirk on her subtly freckled face wasn't unfriendly. More... indulgent. "If it's true, that might mean they were running from you. But as I said;" Implied, really. "It's rarely smart to assume assumptions and guesses are right."

"Well, that's why we're investigating, isn't it?"

"That'd be the point, yes. I'd expected."

A lull in the conversation. Alright. He could ask now. He nods at Robot Girl and the new guy.

”So, not to interrupt or anything, but who ARE you two? Yen’s already introduced herself, and it’d be hard not to recognise her,”, he says, indicating Yui, ”But I don’t know either of you.”

Surmising that 'Yen' was supposed to be her, Ai gave Yamato a look. "My name is Kamijou Ai, not yen. I'd prefer it if you showed the minimum of respect and didn't talk about me as if I'm not here."

"Er, sorry? It's just, the thing you did to the robots left a bit of an impression. I'll be sure to call you Ai from now on, then."
Yamato seems mostly unconcerned. He doesn't sound all that apologetic either, for that matter.

"Oh! I'm so sorry!" Kiyo jumps a little and then teleports one of her metal business cards into her hand. With a deeply apologetic bow she offers it to Yamato. "I am Akaiheiya Kiyo, MRG Experimental Unit-01. I was designed as a test bed for a variety of weapon and AI technologies and have been tasked to defend the Special Administrative District against the Zoanthrope threat. I look forward to working with you in the future!"

Maki looks surprised. Something about Kiyo just hit her now, amid the chaos.
"Wait. You're....a robot?!"

[USEC_OFFICER]

"Yes. I am. I hope that won't cause any problems," Kiyo replies with a friendly smile, even while she's inwardly fretting about everyone's reactions.

"That's.....actually kinda cool! You're like....Kikaider, o-or Astro Boy! Or something out of a show. That's awesome!"
Maki seems to be geeking out just a little.

"Kikaider? Astro boy? I've never heard of those before." Kiyo's confusion is quite apparent on her face.
