How long are we waiting before we convene the generals?

I think we should give her a bit time to get rid of at least the top two targets, so that those individuals absolutely can't respond to our actions.  Once we get confirmation from Iyal that the top two are dead, we can then convene the meeting, is my thought.

Right... we have some time to kill, then. Is there anything else we want to make happen today?

Nothing comes to mind at the moment.  We could ask Emma.

"Emma, what do you think we should take care of next?"

Honestly, if we've nothing pressing to do at the moment... I kinda want to just go get lunch somewhere. Take a little stress off. We're in the middle of a war, sure, but we still gotta eat!

That works.  +1.

Yeshhhh...

Only the bars are open this late in the evening. There's a few gin bars on the border between the suburbs, many, many pubs nearby, and a few dives of dubious quality, sheltered in decript ruins of prefabricated homes.

Ah-- is later than I thought. Shame.

"Iyal needs time to work-- we'll be setting things in motion sometime tomorrow morning, I expect. For now... want to grab some pub food somewhere together before we head back to base?"

Are we sure we want to get drunk? Never mind, the night before we did a hallucinogen which I supported so I’m not one to talk

Why do I feel like we could be doing more?

I fear we may be wasting time,

Why can’t we do the meeting now? SEzeD officially gave us control over military operations, so technically going against us would be going against him?

I do feel a nagging sense we could do more, but I can't think of what it would be.  My thought is that we can't count on the generals voluntarily giving up power, even if SEED asks for it.  Plus, it's almost midnight right now.

It's late. We've set a lot of stuff in motion. Frankly... we could use the time to let off some steam, maybe discuss that encounter with the Pontifex. I feel there's words we need to hear on that front, now rather than later.

fair enough, what do we say to Emma? Would she even want to talk about the Pontifex?
