Should gun ownership rights belong to the original design, or should revisions create "new guns" with individual rights?

One design, one right - a gun and all its revisions only belong to one person at a time.
Each revision creates a new gun with rights different from the original.
I have no opinion.

Again, you dont need to include ACT×3 for these types of actions.  I'm not going to audit you.  It doesn't affect what I write in the turn.

ACTACTACT
Revision: Exemplar Semi-Auto Pistol*
Noting the issues with disconnector the pistol trigger group was overhauled. The sear now has a tail that sticks up when the sear is lowered. As the barrel moves forward it trips this tail and disconnects the trigger from the sear. Do to this change the sear is now a single larger piece both increasing it's strength and reducing the amount of foul that can enter the trigger group. A new flat spring now powers the sear further improving it's durability and the stronger force of this spring lets it better handle fouling. This combined should correct the issue with multiple round sometimes firing on a single trigger pull. As an extremely simple minute change a safety sear is cut into the barrel this catches the barrel in the event the user pull the tab just forward enough to pick up and fire a round, without going far enough to engage the proper sear.(yes it's unrelated to the trigger but it's a single cut.)

GM NOTE:  Creating a revision of a design does not create a "new separate gun" - you can not sell the ownership of a revision while maintaining ownership of the original.  Only one person can own the "Autokiller Mk1" and the "Autokiller Mk2", for example.

Some revisions may be slightly too complex for one action, and as a result is only partially carried out.  However, a "Failed Revision" is one which is reaches well beyond the scope of a single change, or is a change which is so complex it requires a new design.  The $15 cost for a revision will be returned, minus an initial $1 fee.  This fee will increase with each Failed Revision, and repeated failures may eventually bankrupt the company.

Spring, 1920.  Contract Phase.

Prohibition begins in the United States and alcohol is now a banned substance.   Adolf Hitler presents his National Socialist Program in Munich to the German Workers' Party, which renames itself as the Nationalsozialistische Deutsche Arbeiterpartei (referred to as "Nazi" by their detractors).  The Syrian National Congress proclaims Syria independent, with Faisal I of Iraq as king.  Polish troops push the Russians out of Kyiv once and for all, and Russia will never again threaten the Ukrainian People's Republic.   The Soviets then recognize the independence of the Democratic Republic of Georgia, only to invade the country six months later (this is most likely just a one-time thing, and not indicative of Russian behavior as a whole).

It is now the contract phase.  You may post bids for the listed contracts.

You'll probably want to ACTx3 that, since it affects the turn write-up.

I talked to eS - contract completion doesn't require ACT×3, just defaulting on a contract.

ACTACTACT | Contract Bid

Contract: Unknown Buyer #5
Weapon: Halflight Lance Projector
Pitch:  I know your type, and let me tell you that you don't know a damn thing about what you want. You want to arm your little group with fucking girl scout guns hidden in your handbags, spitting ammunition down range with all the impotent bluster of a stammering idiot trying to turn a chain of 'o-oh yeah?'s into an actual comeback? No you don't, and I'll tell you why; because you are a goddamn doer. Low caliber? No, you're not going to be laughstock, you're going to be throwing real metal. Stammering semi-auto? Get fucked, you'll be bellowing your manifesto to a single thunderous blast that forever scribes it into history. Large amounts? Well, by weight, you'll be doing just fine, and let me tell you why:

Because you're buying from Ursus Brachi, and the Halflight is the gun for your contract.
Edit: Serial Numbers? Sure, we'll throw in a bag of Kellogs with each gun.

-----------

In addition, the following:
Sell ammo produced last round.
Begin Production of the Halflight Immediately on the main weapon line.
Retool ammo line for CP-270 harpoons and begin production immediately.

Offer the following the contract to all individuals.
