While I'm posting furiously, I've another question.
Firstly I've learnt a lot about the US government system from this game (well actually from wikipedia, but I was prompted by the game).
I'm not quite understanding how the senate works in the game. I have 100% support in all issues but its taking few elections for the senate to become fully Elite liberal. What gives?

you need 2/3 of the senate because it takes 2/3 for an amendment IIRC.

The senate terms are 6 years each so if one arch conservative just got elected it would take at least 6 years for him to get replaced with a liberal unless something occured.  Im not sure if this is represented in the code but it would make sense.

I think I figured it out. Not all senatorial seats are up for election at the same time I think. So it takes a few goes for all the Conservatives to get replaced

Yeah, Senate takes the longest to replace. >_<

I think Johnathon said something about a way around it... apparently, if everyone else is Elite Liberal, it'll overpower the Senate and you'll win.

Think of it like this, though: It takes a long time for the Conservatives to leave, but it'll take just as long for the Elite Liberals to leave. >.>
