Shook makes the  best stickmen.
Agreed. No argument

Lies! He does NOT create the best stickmen, not good ones, not even adequate ones!

He makes ones so good that it is a INSULT to say they are "good."

My most recent elven adventurer, after killing a bandit camp. He got ambushed by another group of bandits on the way back, which is surprising since he was still covered in bandit blood. Would you ambush someone you saw covered in blood that wasn't theirs? Anyway, using dfhack to view his personality I found that he likes bloodshed to a disturbing degree.

How did you view his personality? And I agree with darkrider. This elf is...tolerable by dwarf standards.

Dfhack. Switch to fort mode and back. Yeah, I guess he is a pretty dwarfy elf. He is apparently gigantic overall and very muscular, too. Clean-shaven hair, and a beard described as medium length and neat.

How did you switch to fort mode? I found the mode command but I'm a noob to dfhack and have no idea what to do.

Still playing with 34.07, don't know how it works right now. It's very glitchy too, though. Had to savescum to keep playing. I'd ask at the Dfhack thread if I were you. In fact, I think that the very same question is on the page right now.

Interesting that you're able to identify not only the race to which bloodstains belong, but often the name of the individual to whom it once belonged.

If those ambushers are also able to identify said bloodstains... surely they know it's a bad idea to jump that guy.

"Sarge, erm, that bloke has bloodstains from every single one of O'Keely's boys on his axe."
"All forty-two of them?"
"Yep..... you reckon we should still jump him?"
"Yeah, why not? He probably just nicked their fingers before running like a cowards.
UP AND AT 'IM LADS!"

*axe now has the bloodstains of 52 bandits on it*

So I had a dwarf adventurer named Rith who was small by dwarf standards. She started out in a big but empty town.

Spoiler (click to show/hide)

Okay, she was capable of opening doors on her own... I guess she just kicks them open or something?

I actually have some art to post, spent a while on it last night, but since I'm on pay as you go intertron, and my bank is fucked (if you're in the UK you'll know which bank it is, and they own my bank which is not yet fixed) I can't put money on my internet until this whole thing is sorted out. God knows when that will be.
Hopefully, it will be the first in a series called Tales from the Bronzemark.
Bronzemark is my fortress in dwarf mode, but so much stuff happens there it's a goldmine (literally as well as figuratively) for interesting stuffs.

My art is slightly better than last time too, a mixture of pixel art and freehand touchpad (because I rock a laptop) stuff for "detailed" drawlings.

The first couple will focus on Monom Something-or-other, my favourite of all my dwarfs, but of who I can never remember all her name.

And, uh, slightly on topic, Shook never fails to make me laugh. People have tried to imitate his style, but they somehow miss whatever spark Shook's work has that makes it so funny.

I think that its:
1. Gruesome murder. I dont need to explain this one.
2. Shooks stickmen are better then the average stickman, good facial expressions and body posing.

Shook's stuff has that special kind of humor that makes it so people who don't have a clue what DF is still find it rediculously funny.

I've tested.

A lot.

Also, the hiface is now a meme in a small town in Nebraska, USA. When you get famous, Shook, I'll expect some favours
