There are as many lynches as people that are tied.

So if everyone had one vote at the beginning they could vote themselves and everyone dies?

Assuming that everyone could and did, then yes.

Not quite.  For example, whoever CJ voted for would automatically be lynched, as he had the most votes.  This is actually the only time where double-lynching is a viable strategy.  Plus, if everyone died, it would be a draw, and wouldn't it be better for town to win?

Not to mention people with abilities like the negative voter or the lovestruck voter who mess with stuff like that.

Really, this is the one Mafia where that tactic could just never work at the start of the game.

Hmm... the Triple voter would die, or if he's not alive, the one who has a lovestruck voter behind him.  The secret voter could also mess up the arrangment, as would the negative voter.  The forceful voter would die regardless of the others, though.

Were I mafia, I would have voted with TM yesterday against Zai and won.  The same goes for you, hence why my vote's on Leaf.  Also, were I scum, I wouldn't have to resort to this; I'd just vote with Leaf and we'd be done.  The only person I'm 100% certain is town is me, hence why I'm quite happy with this situation, as I know I'll survive, and therefore, town will survive and win.

That's not true.  Org is a tie breaker.  If he switched who he voted for, TM would've still died (2 vs 1+tiebreaker).  I know you're not mafia because if you switched, TM would have survived (1+tiebreaker vs 2).
