The City at 2630, Paqua Tiqua has 3 population.
Paqua Tiqua has a barracks and a (surprise!) Condor Roost.
Spearmen [XX/Spearmen/H2:2/R0:0/A2/D2/M8/S0:0/Ab:Anticav] Barracks, (1,1) <- 1 food, 1 resource.

Hotfix: Units CAN be moved as soon as they are built.
Population is only needed to collect resources. Sooner or later a player will face some overcrowding.
Swoop is similar to charge, but it must target a land unit (whether it is a landed flying or non-flying).

When the city increases in size do we dictate where the new city bits go? I do not wish to kill myself by building on my farms.

Yes, increasing size by one pop costs 5 food.
Increasing population costs 5 food.
Increasing the city footprint does not take resources and you must dictate where the new hex go.

p.s. This might be, too fast. I'm considering increasing the cost at higher population levels for the next turn or so...

I fotgot that in the Hotfix.

Hotfix:

If your melee attack/counterattack(e.g. defending a charge) killed a unit, it will proceed to attack a unit which is next to the killed unit and your unit. It is repeatable (so essentially it can sweep a ciricle of weak units and become very high in spirit)

I think it's a bit much to be able to add a hex to a city, train troops in it, and then move them, all in the same turn.
