Heh, I edited my post right about when you posted. I'll pick green.
Added to first post. And future turns.

Hehe, add more carbon dioxide.

I think the main issue, especially with adding/removing gas, is that you know exactly what's going to happen. Adding gravity is a bit better because the asteroids are of a random size, but the game still suffers from at least a little bit of "can plan your entire strategy from the first turn" syndrome.

You might consider adding a table or something to roll on, so you're not quite sure how well something would work. In the case of adding gas, you might trigger an unexpected reaction, add more or less than you wanted, etc. An alternative would be allowing players to interact more, but I'm not sure how to do that without mucking things up.

I'll think about making it more random.

Also: forgot to add your points from last turn to the summary, fixed.

Time to mix it up...!

Add oxygen.

EDIT: You know what you might consider? Making several "super actions" that do several things at once, but aren't very predictable. For example, you could throw an ice asteroid into a planet, which in theory increases gravity, adds oxygen/hydrogen, and/or does whatever air moisture does to albedo/temperature. In practice, you're not sure how much it'll do each, so the whole thing might burst and overoxygenate the place or slam into it and just add mass without any gas added at all. Or any number of combinations that weren't quite what you wanted and now need refining.

That could leave the standard actions for fine-tuning results; for instance, when you need just a smidgen of oxygen to meet Earth's and get the bonus and don't want to waste time alternating oxygen-increasing catastrophes with oxygen-depleting ones. Or when you're working on a planet that already has life on it.

OK.... asteroids are pointless. but... one last time before gas pumping.

Smash an asteroid into Callisto

Nope it's really pointless... add  0.06 ATMs of carbon dioxide every round till the end of the round unless stated otherwise. ( I  see no reasons to do anything else)

New questions:
Is smashing a moon into Callisto = automatic 100 point penalty?

Is adding methane = -20 points per 0.01 ATM? It's conditionally toxic so I am not sure.

LOL edited it too late. Sorry. Gus pumping starts one turn later :)

Moon=-100 if it's not an important one, but if it's a important one like Luna. then it's a -1000.

Methane is a penalty, unless your main round race is a Methane breathing race, then oxygen is put in Methane's place.

Turn 5.

Time to mix it up...!

Add oxygen.
+0.06 ATMs. New temperature: -2.1C.

+19.35 points.

Add .06 Greenhouse Gas.

Err, if you notice scores changing for no reason or other stuff just changing, just ignore it. It's just me fixing my screw ups. If you spot something wrong in a turn PLEASE tell me.

Turn 6.

Add .06 greenhouse gas.

Added, New temp now 1.51C.

+15.08 points.

Add 0.06 ATMs of carbon dioxide every turn till the end of the round  unless stated otherwise.

Added. New temp now -139.75C.

+8.25 points. (told you that temperature is less overpowered in colder areas.)

Add oxygen.

Added. New temp -0.75C.

+ 19.35 points.

Needed for life:
Oxygen/Methane >0.07 ATMs. And <0.4 ATMs.
Temp: >-40C. And <+60C.
Grav: >0.4G. And <2.5G.
No toxins.

You forgot to change my temperature.

Also, I calculate my temperature at about 0 degrees.
Base temp * albedo * greenhouse factor =
Base temp * albedo * (1+.1*atm+greenhouse gases) =
225*1.01*(1+.019+.183)=
227.25*(1.202)
=273.1545
= about 0 degrees Celsius

Thank you, now, turn?

And I think Aurora actually has albedo at 1.015, let me check...

Err, it says 1.01 in the Population screen, but it says 1.02 in the System screen. So I guess it's 1.015.

Ah, okay.
Also note that C to Kelvin is +273.15, not +273.00.
Add 0.02877778 of greenhouse gas.
