you don't, look for where it says 'sewer entrance' on the little map
after that look around

if there is a staircase under the grate, you can go down it like it was a hatch.

What does a mummy's curse do?
from looking at the raws in interactions, it seems to affect skill rolls

How do you become a vampire?
I tried drinking their blood, but it didn't seem to change anything.

On a similar note, is it possible to become a werething in adventure mode?

being bitten should work.

makes me think that you could have it and not know it yet (unless that only makes it so you aren't identified on sight)

if that doesn't work, keep drinking blood
if that doesn't work try profaning a temple (I have no idea how or what that is)

edit: to answer the werecreature question

it should be. whether or not it works as intended is outside my knowledge.
wereism is transferred via an attack that the creature has, so if it uses that you should become a werething

Is there a way to open these damn cabinets? I keep somehow knowing they're full of useful crap, but no one's selling them and even in the abandon houses I can't take them.

Restrain your disbelief, but how would I download the new version without deleting my old adventures and still be able to play them in the new version? Or is that not possible? Yes, I am THAT nooby.

Saves from previous versions are not compatible with 0.34.01.

On the subject of merchantsI have a few questions. One, Where can I buy quivers/Waterskins/backpacks/crutches?
THe used to be in a general goods store but now I can only find import stores filled with gems. I lost my foot, How am I supposed to walk without a crutch. And With thirst back I like to use quivers as extralarge water skins. (they hold 20 unitsof liquid rather then the three that waterskins hold.)
A simple modding should allow crafting. Thanks for telling that it's almost impossible to get these, I am adding a crafting of these in my Witcher mod.

They're nearly impossible to buy, but they're pretty easy to find in catacombs and an ambush will probably have at least one bowman or crossbowman.

EDIT: I've found them lying around with other gear in keeps as well.

Found one laying out in a keep. Haven't searched the place entirely to see if it's occupied.

edit: Oops. Mucked up a tag.
