It took me a bit over an hour, but I scaled all of the country flags to the right size and put them in a grid along with the LGBT and Hetero flags on the bottom. (Also the Bay12 flag I made in the center.)

For future reference, all you need to do is right click on each image, hit copy and paste it into paint. Then line it up correctly, select around it and hit crop. Then yer done!

But a flag for transgender isn't a flag for Gay, Lesbians or Bisexual, so it's not really a LGTB flag.
