...uh, no. His name is Harvey Moiseiwitsch Volodarskii. He's assassin rank 4 and a stage magician who uses his magic to kill people. Usually via large spinning saw blades. He ended up geting his eyes slashed by travis' thrown beam katana, and his assistants strapped him into his own death saw. No tentacles here, just badass Narwhal tusk Laser Swords.
