Everyone. If Celestia wins, she will crush war with her oppressive dictatorship. She will crush free market. She will spread this tyranny across the globe if unchecked, crushing the fae. She will prevent the progression of science, only telling the people the technology when they are in danger of being completely eradicated to keep them dependent upon her, burning all who try to research things as heretics. She willl brainwash her entire people to not have no fear, no love, no emotions whatsoever except complete devotion to her cruel visage.

Insanity and creativity are closely linked, Celestia will crush all creativity. Madness cannot come into being when the people's minds are shattered to be no more than puppets. Chaos is the element of change, Celestia will stagnate the world into dependency upon herself.
