No, no, FFS. You guys are under contract to Prixima - Valor's group included. Chris and Olison actually work directly for Prixima and have for at least a few years, although Chris is likely to quit soon.

This is true, though. Having a soldier in charge of a mercenary company isn't necessarily a bad idea, but it's certainly a bit odd.

Now, there's no reason that Olison, Gregor and Chris can't leave Prixima's service on good terms with her. Or at least, there wasn't until recently.
