I was going to let you go to Arena but I can't think of any other system than 'you win, you level up; you lose, you die' :P

Which is actually usual FE arena system thing.

Actually, you know, that might be the best way to do it. Have an in-map arena.

Then again, it might also be better to give out gold/item rewards than EXP in an FEF arena since we're working off a pool here. It would be pointless to send one of our situational characters like Chris or Seyena since they're leveling up regardless.
