Uh, what is one thing that irritates your character to no end?

Well, not getting paid would be one I guess, although depending on the cause or reason he wasn't paid he might be fine with that.

Something that would irritate him to no end though? Hard to think of one that doesn't veer into anger. I guess missing an enemy?

My squad of badasses Lt-Col got pinned down by 7 fuckin' mutons. I finished the mission with two of them critical by using my heavy's rocket and my AWESOME sniper who pretty much killed everything she saw with that headshot skill.

I was so afraid one of them was going to die

Oh, you met the cotton candy men. I warned yah tah bring as many and as heavy guns as possible, shit they can take a lot before dying. Unless you got the good lasers, then they die rather nicely.

I did have lasers, but what pisses me off about the mutons is they have SUPER high accuracy, and you can't hit them for anything.

They're the size of a damn house, how do I have a 20% chance to hit, and every turn they nearly kill another one of my troops?

But yeah, they're tough. I don't know if the Cyberdiscs or Mutons are worse, Cyberdisc can without fail kill a troop in one turn if it crits, Mutons come in packs of either "Too many" or, "Way too many and with a Berserker just to mix things up".

Gamer, they are the reason I love heavies. Because if you put their levels right, if I recall you can pack four rockets. There is nothing more satisfying than killing a whole horde of them with a well placed rocket or two, or at least heavily wounding them.

But yeah, Mutons are not fun. About as annoying as, well, Chrysalids. Sure, they're not that scary on their own, but its when they killed and turned five civvies into other Chrysalids then instead of two or three you got eight to fight, plus a few more zombies who all pretty much kill in a hit or two.

One of my first encounters with cyberdiscs involved it meandering slowly past the truck one of my guys was hiding behind, leisurely turning around, and then unfolding into a mechanical death blossom thing.

My mental query of "Am I fucked?" was quickly answered with a 15 damage crit.

Its pretty much assured that Prixima is a shaman, I think. But the question is why are the Berebians here. I don't think its to sieze, they're after something. The dragon stone? A tome? They're really intent on killing Prixima, but a sage, a sage, is worried he can't do it himself.

...Just who is Prixima?

Some super duper dread user class. Just like dark druids of FE7, or Necromancer from FE8, something like that. Usually the sub boss is always a ancient magic user before the super duper last boss. And now that Tantallos missed a attack right after asking for help to the Plague Dragon(coincidence), he will start thinking about the things they had been doing again and maybe talk to the others to see if there are more pieces to be added together.
