HOWEVER: I will need healing, as one (1) monk can reach me- but only that, not even the bolting sage can hit me at this point. Yes he can.

He can also draw immediate benefit from using it this chapter, since his MOV is odd.  Since the snow doubles movement costs across clear land, he can only move 2 (2.5) tiles, whereas the Swiftsole lets him move 3.

The other issue is that Seyena probably doesn't need more MOV all that often, whereas I seem to recall Alexander having numerous instances of "damn it why am I so fat."

As a third option, we could give it to someone who's already kind of fast to push them over into really fast, but I'm not sure we have anyone like that.
