((Yeah, your morale died faster than elvis presley. Didn't help that you ordered men to murder deserters of what they see as a lost cause. All NGR have pulled back to the farmhouse, and they're preparing to run away.))
Try to take control of the situation and order a hasty, but orderly, retreat. Any signs of hostile pursuers, make it a hasty fighting retreat.

((So,unless someone wants to take another shot at me with artillerry again I should exit the battle in about 2-6 turns or so,I'll need a world map to make my retreat from German/British territory.))

((Is it splitting the party if no one comes with the person leaving?))

Organise the retreat on my side of the road. Make sure no piece of equipment is left für die Russen.

((Naval Defense sounds fun, we can play Battleship. I do hope well get a bit more of those Requisition points so we can buy more than two sucky cannons. Also, you didn't answer my question earlier on what weapons officers have?))

((Pistols. Yeah, the budget will be a lot bigger. Expect to see howitzers, shore cannons, planes, big ass pieces of artillery and maybe even naval support.))

(( I see that. A) I didn't think we would be able to retreat with our lives. B) I was waiting for orders from higher up. C) Noting the "went to shit" that the last roll just did, I'm now all for hauling ass to get away. ))

Cram as many people on the bikes and into the side-cars as will fit. Esp. the Medics and the communications officer.

Full retreat to the agreed upon location.

Cover fire if necessary, but try not to draw any attention to us or the Germans.

I suspect once you leave the map, you're done playing till the next mission, (and in the case of your character in particular, possibly forever).

Assist retreat, help stragglers.

I know AT mines wont trigger from infantry weight, but do they have anti-tamper mechanisms? Might be worth it to grab a few on the way out. Speaking of,
grab the spare satchel charge before helping others.

Jeez, it's one tank and a Katyusha. Grow some backbone.
Remain behind, hidden, and outside the farm area, with the specialist fireteam and as many stragglers and panzerfausts as I can grab. Hit that IS-3 on the flank when it drives past to attack the fleeing mob.

I would ask why fire can burn two men to death without getting hot enough to burn a book, but then I read "INEXTINGUISHABLE RUNNING KAMIKAZE RADIOACTIVE FLAMING ZOMBIE" and realized that logic, reason, and physics are all occupied with crying in the corner right now.

They're orders yo.
Panzerfausts had problems with sloped armor, (and that IS-3 is just about at the top of the penetration range for hand-held AT rockets, given a direct perpendicular hit), but they could work on the tracks. Maybe.

And they probably have infantry support in those woods. Perhaps a lot.
