You could learn magic, meditate, or search for artifacts. All of those can be done without points, and they often give you new abilities.

Revenge. Through i couldn't do anything with the orks right now. Not too late, through.
4 turns if you really want the orks to ceasefire to Paphi or less turns is someone is willing(this includes Paphi)

You're the only one I've tried to kill, and I warned you. My terms of peace were surrendering your power, which you refused. If you don't threaten me, I won't threaten you.

Keep in mind an entire planet of nightmares worships me. And I am by no means mortal.

In fact, restrict the weakening effect of my planet to only hinder hostile beings +3. Send the champion back to Earth, the restored one, on another search for power. See if homeworld can come up with some fancy science.
