Wait a minute, which proposal was 75.01? Is it actually a significant proposal, or just some random number that someone threw out?

"Alright, fine. I propose we remove 75.01."
Oppose

I propose that we create an Essence bank that gods can draw from when they are near their deaths. It would be optional to donate into it and any withdrawals from it must be approved by the council if the withdrawal is more than 5 essence or more than what that god has placed in the bank.
"I support this proposal but I'm also going to propose that anyone who is or has attempted to kill or injure another god be exempted from taking from the bank without Council permission."

"Oppose. Have you been talking to Malakath's Moon Commies? If a God wants to donate, they can do so directly. This system is begging to be abused."

Oppose Fusil's proposal. Either it will default back to whatever the old rule was - which was replaced for a reason - or there will just be no restriction in that sense, which was the entire reason you were arguing that that rule has problems. I don't see how that makes sense.

"The reason I don't change it is because everyone stops me. Does that answer your question? I think it was an effective demonstration."

"To my knowlage, 75 is the tick it was proposed, .01 is the number proposed. So it was the first proposal of tick 75."

Oppose Fusil's proposal

Oppose Malakath's amendment to Cyrix's proposal

Support Cyrix's proposal Wait scratch that I just reread it oppose that thing as a dangerous liability if it's not only able to be drawn on when a god dies

You say that, but the question is both when and how? And that is a matter of prevention; not a matter of enabling. So perhaps I should be the one saying that to you?

Proposal 75.01 was the one I made that made it so that any god who did not vote on a particular proposal counted as abstaining from voting on it. Which is, quite literally, what they were doing, this simply made it so that proposals could be mulled over by the active gods without falling away because the inactive ones failed to vote. And the widespread support for it and the obvious opposition to his idea of what is best - for him, at least - is why he wasn't bothering to propose it, especially since council proposals require at least two gods to support it now.

But, if it will get Fusil to cease his pointless rambling, I will propose a clarification to 80.05.2; that a total of three gods must Support a proposal in order for it to pass.

"Do you think I would tell you when? And as for how, the same way you do every other secret action. Nothing could be more simple. The fact remains that you only need one vote for a proposal to pass, as I have been saying."

But it is only supposed to be drawn from when a god is dieing. And I say more than 5 can be drawn because a god might want to do things during a tick besides die. Also it's a council vote of they get to draw from it or not. The bank would also be good for if no one is willing to directly help a god not die but is ok with them drawing from a bank of Essence that everybody chipped into.

"So? It is open for abuse. Nobody is willing to put any essence into it, everyone already has their own backups in place. Letting the council decide who lives and who dies isn't a good thing either. If everyone was OK with a God dying, I doubt they would want them looting the bank."
