This is a bit close to a past price check, but seeing how everything changed in cost calculations and the design changed I think it is worth a shot.

How much to build the Hovori? Creatures who are made of thousands of incredibly small cubes and other small shapes that float around a red circular "core" where the soul is held. These squares move about like a swarm of bees around a hive, protecting the core as it floats several inches above the ground. They can control the cubes as easily as a humanoid can control limbs, and are capable of freezing them into a solid shape indefinably. This is mostly used to turn their body into living, moving weapons, just as sharp and powerful as one made of traditional metals. They also can use this ability to live symbiotically on other creatures, perfectly mimicking any lost limb, organ, or other body part they wish.

When on safe stasis, you don't gain any income and nobody can hurt you personally. You can't do anything and nobody can do anything to you. Creations are fair game, though.

Hmmm. I'm just going to go inactive (mostly) and keep watch over everything then because I know a lot of characters that would definitely attempt to screw me over by messing with my creations.

Just because you're not my primary enemy any more doesn't mean that someone else hasn't decided to make me theirs since then.

Before I forget, one of the major reasons to go on safe stasis is to avoid going inactive. Since inactivity can equal death, that is the best use for it.
