Found the Iliseth Temple Knights, also known as the Knights Templar. It is a holy order dedicated to the furthering of my will and protection of my worshippers.Volunteers are taken in after being checked Psymentally, which includes totally opening up to the interrogator. This is both to prove they carry no malicious intent but also as a sign of devotion; that they are willing to give all to the service of me.
After the check, recruits begin a 5-year intensive training regimen as acolytes where they'll learn combat, horse-riding, and first-aid. Aside from combat, they'll also spend a great deal of time practising Raw Soul attacks, learning to use Divine Art to remove the inefficiency and increasing the potency and control of the attacks by mixing their blood with the attacks (cutting the hand and charging an attack with the hand, for example). All throughout their training, their minds will periodically be strengthened by Psymental Artists to prevent mental attacks as well as resist interrogation techniques both mundane and not. When training is complete, they are given the title 'Knight Templar of Iliseth'. They are then given their cloth coverings bearing the Iliseth's Cross. (My symbol, but only the red shape.)
After 20 years of meritorious service, they can enter a special training where they will be taught three things. They will be taught blood sense, they will be taught to heal wounds using Blood Art (they might've picked up this and blood sense by now, however), and they will be taught hemomancy. The hemomancy they learn, however, is unique in that it's about moving their own blood while it's still inside themselves. If successful, it will allow them to move at unparalleled speeds thanks to how it works and also due to the bonuses granted by using blood in Art and of using Divine art. Combined with their by now powerful soul attacks would make them extraordinary warriors indeed. This training is risky, however, so it has to be taken slowly - a full 6 years. Those who complete the training are given the title 'Blood Knight of Iliseth', a small cape on their left shoulder bearing the Iliseth Cross with a golden drop of blood in the middle, and a helmet enchantment which makes the helmet's eye slits appear to glow red. This effect can be turned on or off by the Blood Knight.
Once enough Templars are trained, have them fight off Orcish incursions. They are not to attack Orcish settlements, however. Arms, armour, horses, etc. are to be paid for with temple funds or direct donations.
