Oh there is a thought, Isn't Phazon basically more dangerous Auraxium? according to ENG's explenation anyway, and what i know of phazon.

During a dimension leap do the Leapers age at all? Wouldn't their be any side effects?

Auraxium is powerful, but stable, non radioactive, and not sentient as far as I am aware. Phazon is even more powerful, but unstable, highly radioactive and toxic, and sentient in large masses.

Phazon is still radioactive, and apparently highly reactive with Auraxium.
