Stands = manifestation of your fighting spirit.

Persona = manifestation of your personality and ego.

Shadow = manifestation of your heart's desire.

Nah. Motya is working for Doctor X, remember? Rome wasn't built in a day, and Biobeasts don't make themselves. Someone has to do all of the grunt work of world domination, you know. And that person is Motya. And their colleagues. Which you will undoubtedly meet during Motya's plot. Because what would be the point otherwise?
