Well, in the context of Dooooom, it would mean she needs to get it from somewhere.  Though this doesn't make all that much sense given that Mona could probably charge her.
Or that she drains people for their mana or something.
Or, less directly doom-y, that she outputs more the more... Excited, she is.

The initial concept came from them. But there's also a good bit of influence from a similar character in Undertale.

Oh, In that case I DON'T know what it was, I assumed since she was the one producing wild magic, that Alan being in... Close proximity... would be like, 20 Wild magic effects per turn.
