Well, from how I interpreted it, It was after Dackly petrified the Kinetic shield but before the lab building was fully underway, so I'm not sure either.

So re-did the entire rolls to add Alan in. You all are 1 point short of the goal. good job. I won't do a full reset, instead sending you all on a fetch quest to figure out what the lab is missing. :3
