Nope. If you turn into a Nightmare you go completely insane and become a mutilated horror that turns on your allies, so sort of like a more fucked up version of going Hollow. On the other hand if you turn into Eldritch Fuckery, you might just shatter like a pane of glass, except the cracks spread far past your body shattering the world around you and twisting it, leaving you as a you-shaped hole in space-time with liquid starlight pouring out of where your eyes once were while cracks in reality rain down like lightning, terraforming your surroundings into a neon-lit replica of the Library of Babel, albeit with disjointed thoughts and sensations instead of books.
