He is generally helpful as long as he has some cheese or sausages. Grease works in a pinch too.

More seriously, Poise seems way too underpowered for a perk. It's not the initiative isn't important, but as a perk it doesn't seem like much. +4 DEX would work instead and provide the same bonus, or you could rework it to be more useful. Other than that everything looks alright to me.

@USEC, It wouldn't add to INIT if it was DEX, As it's a bonus not hard stats.
@Twin, that would also work, but still no bonus to INIT :P
