Obviously the best possible one would just be one of those robotic arms used in factories that somehow became sentient and learned how to play basket ball. It'll have maxed out defensive stats, a Level 6 Deep Pass action, with all their other actions as passives that enhance it, and all their perks focused on further buffing it. Just dish out 7x multipliers, with TCM's shapeshifter emulating them so that they two alone will give out a total 49x damage multiplier :P

Hey Elf, question: is it possible for a perk to endow all of the user's teammates with a copy of their action at half or a quarter the level of the original? Or locked to level 1? Or single-use? Or level 1 and single-use?
