Emp judge Gozer's new skills pls, suggest new ones.

Elf judge Gozer's skills, they OP?

Also, bound weapon is great, both (all 35) of my characters would accept the contract.

Several characters are slightly equipment starved by my standards at least.

Yes, but having more guidelines when possible reduces the number of drafts people need to make and you two need to veto. Also, you two allowed Alanis to exist and she still hasn't been fully nerfed yet. Plus Butchery was also approved, even though it deals triple damage with Bleeding at Level 1 :P

Point is, you don't have to, having good guidelines will help make it use less time.

Steady Does It is fine as long as you remember to actually craft gear that resists Status Effects. Because otherwise, rerolling the alarmingly common 100% affliction rate won't do much.

Rough Rider, I don't have enough Precedents to make a verdict on. It's really powerful, but it also spends a unique resource that is only replenished by taking out enemies.

Gravity Salting looks nice and interesting. That's up to Elf to decide whether or not he wants Tanks to be able to just Gravity Salt foes when the party makes an all-out assault.

Craft Gear Altar is something the party could really use. It's going to need more details on how it works though, such as for inputs with level A and B, what level the output will be, and whatnot.

Animate Stone is the sort of Action that starts making alarm bells ring in my head namely because it could be used for all sorts of shenanigans.

Mimicry could be potentially broken depending on what foes Gozer kills. Might be too much of a risk to approve.

I'll wait for Elf's verdict and try and have some ideas typed up by sometime tomorrow.

No to Gravity Salt (christ, this is pretty much Demi), Mimicry (mimic the attacks of bosses) and define Animate Stone (too many shenanigans). Nerf Rough Rider's bonus to 7 RES and 25% resistance. The rest seems fine, although Steady Does It is pretty damn vague.

If I understand it correctly, it means that if someone stands close enough to Gozer to get blasted by an AoE targeting him, they get to reroll a Status Affliction upon them. So if say they get hit by Bleed with a 75 affliction rate, they get to roll again, and if the second roll says that don't get afflicted, they don't get afflicted
