Maybe not in battle droid shape, but there are definitely humanoid robots, in human sizes.

Humanoid robot is an exceptionally far cry from anything being able to walk and talk or even perform most simple behaviors. The ones than CAN are incredibly limited im their scope, with predefined functions, even where they can function being an issue, especially because making humanoid robots walk is actually very difficult at full size.

So, no, they do not.

And how many of them walk on two legs and can do it as well as 6AR? Not to mention how weird it is for such an advanced piece of hardware to be in the possession of random teenagers.

You realize, you've literally been given options (spontaneous change into an animu girl, Pulp Fiction Gimp cosplay) that would be accepted, right? I mean, granted they'd make them look like an utter twat, but they'd get them into the plot at the very least.
