As in, it is 66 health that regenerates every single turn, with no action on the character's part required.

That's the issue though. It doesn't need to be activated. It's automatic. Every turn, no action needed at any point, 66 points.

parry dodge block seems too regenerative, and it'll become near-impenetrable if you level it up a mere two more times; its basically kinetic shell's athletic cousin
at least make it so it doesn't regenerate back to full every damn turn

at the time it was only 30 hp every turn though

Parry Dodge Block (Passive)(3): Gain a pool of (ability)DEX points of dodging (66) at the start of each turn.  Subtract all damage from this pool, negating point for point.  Should any be left over, roll the remainder against RES as normal

The fact that it doesn't have Resistance doesn't even matter, you need multiple high damage attacks just to get through it. They'd have to focus down 6AR to just scratch it.
