Unfortunately healing Dale or Quetz this turn doesn't really seem feasible. In fact the only thing that does seem feasible is to turtle super hard. As such:

Drest attacks Ruffian G, no chance of being countered.
Nick vulns Sea
Sea attacks Pegasus c (kills on hit, 98%)
Eric keeps guarding Sea when she's below 50% to let her attack as often as possible
Brady to 9,5 and attacks peg B (kills on hit, 83%), cantos to 8,5
Gilbert heals Simon, canto to 8,6
Caius to 9,6, heal eric
Simon attacks peg D (kills on hit, 80%), cantos to 10,7
Wynne to 11,6, vuln

Maybe see if urs will let you switch to guarding against attacks that will ko sea? Whichadmittedly will be most when she's below 50% but still

What'd probably be for the best would be Drest and Ava seitching places so Ava can take advantage of Black Axe. Not sure how I missed that when I put the plan together.
