How fun is SPAMKINGDOM series?

Mind-bogglingly popular game series that you follow from early on and cannot stop, waiting for new installment like a drooling addict.
Long-runner soap opera you're too invested into to just stop watching it.
A fun little comic strip in the daily newspaper that's been around forever.
3/6
Who said it's fun? I didn't for sure.
I'm just waiting here for it to die horribly already so it will stop showing on my Unread Posts list.

A.

Our allies will probably beat us to the capital anyway, may as well finish what we started here, and one in the hand is worth two in the bush.

No, the allies were defeated and forced into retreat.

You order a march toward the Capital of Cydwyl!

Several days later your scouts bring you new information; the Cydwyl army is marching straight towards you! Or rather, they're riding, as vast majority of their three thousand troop is comprised of horsemen wielding either spears or bows.

Your officers convene with you; you do not have sufficient numbers to repel such big number of horses, your own cavalry in few hundred and the amount of foot you have doesn't match the Cydwyl numbers either.

You decide to...

A) Camp on a hill or in a forest, and fortify your position.
B) Retreat to Ydwall and hole up there.
C) Retreat back behind the Methiant border.
D) Send your own horsemen to disrupt them, then follow up with Blackhearts and footsoldiers!

How much forces do we have?

Anyway, retreat is no Option because a cannon is never going to outrun a horse.

How much forces do we have?

I wager that about 2000 would be the highest margin.

Should be feasible if we have a fortified position, and get the opportunity to unleash our artillery on their forces before they get to us.

In theory, if we let them come in real close, and then fire a few Blackheart rounds, the noise should spook the horses and throw the enemy into chaos.

I wonder if we wouldn't have a chance to parley. Honestly fighting a bunch of horsemen when outnumbered and we're not martial sucks. We should just offer to give them back the city without a fight if they call a white peace.

You quickly order your troops to find some cover and set a fortified camp.

An uneven terrain, not really aspiring to be hills, is found in the otherwise plain landscape of Cydwyl.

But the horsemen are almost there! While your Army is in middle of its work, and Blackhearts are only begin positioned, a wave of horse archers knocks up dust in the north!

A) Blackhearts away!
B) Arrow them down!
C) Battle lines, now!

and Blackhearts are only begin positioned,

That means they can't fire properly or what?

A The sound might scare the horses even if we can't aim properly, might gain us time, arrows are a thing that horses are used

(Wait, why can't our archers be prepared while blackhearts fire and the rest of our troops finish to fortfy? Bleh, if they get close B will happen anyway)

B

The counter against horse archers is normal archers. A normal bow has better range and better accuracy than one mounted on a horse, and horses are a much bigger target.
