For example a bonus in army rolls because of high quality steel or in trade cause the gems would be better polished?

If yes i will keep B, if no I will change to A again to untie this thing.

Changing to A

They offered this one time without the money part, they will do this someday. We just need more respect. and they can always ask to hire our army in times of peace, money is always nice

Just to check, we're essentially giving them our mine's first year's output after prospecting, not just giving them an annual tribute of 1 year's income?  [These are dwarves, it's worth checking.]
