The undead, predictably enough, swarm the band of fighters. Far away, in the distance, more sounds of bone scraping against bone reach out to the group.

Vahn is set upon by one of the skeletons, and is unprepared for its speed relative to the zombie he dispatched easily. The monster manages to plant its sword in the old man's gut. This incenses Gregor, who dodges a lance without issue and crushes the monster with a vicious blow.

Although he didn't remember this would be the case, for the first time in forty years Vahn took a knee. Perhaps if he had remembered who he was, what his legend was, he would have forced himself to stay standing. But then, perhaps he would have remembered as well what he once told a young redheaded mercenary: that people like the two of them were protected by a higher power, because there was a use for them. Perhaps he would have realized that his use might have ran out.

The artists hands moved in a blur, altering reality-editing the arrows in mid-air, painting a new scene...

Instead of painful projectiles, all that landed on her head was a shower of rose petals.

"...still got it."

Then she noticed Vahn hadn't been nearly so graceful. His poor old man bones couldn't take so much punishment.

Sighing, she spun up another arcwind to trounce the Titan. That would leave most of their remaining foes weakened and easy to defeat...

Action: Arcwind on Titan B

Alexander casually took advantage of the opening made by the fall of the larger zombie and the one behind it, and waded directly into the horde of shambling dead, ignoring their feeble attacks. Putting away his mace at an unhurried pace, he pulled out a lance of shining silver.

:"Now, come on!"
He roared that, and then stabbed his lance into one of the zombies.
