You decide to begin maintenance.

1236USY.9d/1m.1324h

You finish checking the maintenance, power and life support sensors in the command sensors. The alert about damage of power box at Fuel Pump #10 you ignore.

Everything is the same as earlier today.

A) Can't go wrong with some bartending trivia!
B) Alrighty! Time to lounge at the cupola!
C) 'Bout time! Let's get some Zirconius episodes viewed!

You load up the vast network of SRC articles...

1236USY.9d/1m.1330h

A ping from security console makes you look; the Islander's captain is very punctual about his departure times, it seems, the ship heading for Madagascar Jump Gate.

1236USY.9d/1m.1401h

The article you've been reading for the past half an hour is about a synthol called Cherrybomb. In 'ye olde tymes' as the article jokingly puts it, most organic fruit was species first grown on planet Earth, supposed homeworld of humanity, before spacefarers stopped caring about traditional flora and just kept growing and cultivating what they found on the few lush planets that were settled before terraforming really kicked in as a viable industry.

One of such plants that was carried into the space was 'cherries', a small red fruit that was said to taste 'bit sweet, bit sour, bit tangy'. There's scant few illustrations of the fruit - indeed, small and red, kinda round also - but the fruit itself was long rendered extinct without anyone realizing. Cherrybomb, a synthol created by SRC, has been many times called 'the closest approximation' of the fruit's taste (according to SRC specialists) and is one of the most popular synthols on the roster.

You check the security console - Dog's Star is still docked.

What now?

A) More trivia articles!
B) An episode of Zirconius, maybe?
C) Some sightseeing will do!

//Congratz brewer bob, you did it! :P

You decide to load up Zirconius series at episode... yes, 11! Skipping through the theme song gets you right into it.

1236USY.9d/1m.1440h

The date is 666 United Space Year. Chester-Beta42 helps Yarna Collins and Mikhaila Syarkova off the ground, dusting himself and them as well. They quickly find Humber Collins dead, so whatever warning he had to deliver about the upcoming elections is no more. Yarna swears to avenge her uncle's death local security forces arrive at the scene along with Zirconius. A brief dispute with the head of the security force, Ruolf Gopneek, ends when Zirconius threatens to call Internal Affairs on Poseidonis to meddle in.
Yarna spends the evening drinking her heart out, escorted by Chester-Beta42, resulting in a scene where the android bodyguard has to toss an obnoxious drunk through the door. Meanwhile Zirconius and Syarkova discuss the assassination of Humbert Collins privately on board Hyperion-3. A private call from unknown caller piques Zirconius' interest, and the audio-only transmission begins. It's from Humber's informant, who tips off Zirconius that Gamma Utena's Spaceport SecForce was behind this, and provides a holovid of two security guards trailing Yarna and her companions for most of the day. Zirconius asks the informant what he wants in return for this tip, but the informant only explains he is paying the 'old man' for the last time, whatever that means, and closes the link. Zirconius then announces to Mikhaila that he has a plan.
The next morning, Yarna, Zirconius, Mikhaila and Chester all enter Gamma Utena SecForce HQ and arrange a meeting with Ruolf Gopneek. Zirconius and Mikhaila provde the holovid from anonymous informant, but Ruolf Gopneek refutes the accusations as some of his 'strongmen' show up in the office. Zirconius and company retreat from the SecForce HQ. Zirconius believes that they should return to Hyperion-3, but Yarna Collins has a different idea on mind...

Thus ends Chapter 11.

You scratch your chin.

What else is there to do but...

A) Watch another episode of Zirconius!
B) Read some bartending trivia on the net!
C) To idle the day away!

You idle the time away.

1236USY.9d/1m.1611h

Mostly it takes place in the cupola, sightseeing. A ping from security console almost pulls you from the seat, but then you notice Dog's Star firing its maneuvering thrusters and disengaging its docking systems.

1236USY.9d/1m.1745h

A different - and louder - alert notifies you that you might have potential clientele. You climb down the ladder, then walk down the stairs to the main floor, and into command center.

Yep, there it is, a ship is approaching your outpost.

Quote
Sensors Station Alert! IFF beacon translation in progress...

Done!

"Metro", Mercury-class Personal Delivery Craft, is approaching from direction of Poseidonis Jump Gate.

Standard docking and refueling request received.

Fuel Pump assigned: #7 (authority: Automated Refueling AI)

Estimated arrival time: 15 minutes.

Probably just one client in there.

A) Time to hail ships and drone the bar!
B) Ehhhhh. How about no.
